If you would like to read about how to post your own shift for exchange, please read our article on **[How to Post a Shift for Exchange](https://19916410.hs-sites.com/how-to-post-a-shift-for-exchange-ios?hsLang=en-ca).**   Click on the **Exchange** button at the bottom of the screen to see if any of your coworkers have posted shifts for drop. ![Exchange Tab-Apr-11-2024-06-45-43-1270-PM](https://support.makeshift.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/Images/knowledge%20base%20images/Exchange%20Tab-Apr-11-2024-06-45-43-1270-PM.png?width=288&height=512&name=Exchange%20Tab-Apr-11-2024-06-45-43-1270-PM.png) Under the **All Posts** tab you can see if any of your coworkers have posted a shift for drop or exchange. The shift will say "Exchange" on the right hand side. Click on the shift you would like to exchange. ![Exchange - John Smith](https://support.makeshift.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/Images/knowledge%20base%20images/Exchange%20-%20John%20Smith.png?width=276&height=491&name=Exchange%20-%20John%20Smith.png) You can look over the details of the posted shift before you click the **Offer To Exchange** button. ![Offer to Exchange-1](https://support.makeshift.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/Images/knowledge%20base%20images/Offer%20to%20Exchange-1.png?width=266&height=473&name=Offer%20to%20Exchange-1.png) You will need to select up to 3 shifts to offer for exchange by clicking your current shifts, in blue. The shift available for exchange will show up in pink. Select **Send Offer** once you have decided which shifts you would like to exchange. ![Offer to Exchange-1](https://support.makeshift.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/Images/knowledge%20base%20images/Offer%20to%20Exchange-1.png?width=273&height=486&name=Offer%20to%20Exchange-1.png) Your offer will now appear as Pending under the **My Offers** tab on the Exchange screen. This new shift will not be added to your schedule until the employee exchanging the shift accepts your offer and a manager approves it.  ![Send Offer](https://support.makeshift.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/Images/knowledge%20base%20images/Send%20Offer.png?width=267&height=475&name=Send%20Offer.png) If you need to remove your offer, click on the shift exchange and you will see a **Remove Offers** button.  ![My Offers - Pending](https://support.makeshift.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/Images/knowledge%20base%20images/My%20Offers%20-%20Pending.png?width=258&height=459&name=My%20Offers%20-%20Pending.png) After your coworker has accepted your offer to exchange shifts, your offer will not be finalized in your schedule until your manager has approved it. ![Offer Accepted](https://support.makeshift.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/Images/knowledge%20base%20images/Offer%20Accepted.png?width=256&height=455&name=Offer%20Accepted.png) You will receive a push notification when a manager has approved your shift pick up.
