How to Enable Admin Read-Only Mode
For some companies it may be important to grant administrators with read-only access to their schedule and or timesheet information. To enable read-only access to your administrator, follow the steps below.
Select the People tab from the top navigation bar.
Click on the name of the administrator you would like to enable read-only for. To locate them quickly, use the search field.
Click the Edit User button.
Scroll down the page and check off and note the possible options to check on or off which include: Schedule Read-Only, and Timesheet Read-Only (only applicable to time and attendance clients).
By checking the Schedule Read-Only on or off, your administrator will have read-only access the schedule. As a special note, your administrator will be able to add new employees into the department schedule they have access to but they will not be able to remove any employees from the department schedule.
By checking the Timesheet Read-Only on or off, which is only applicable to time and attendance clients, your administrator will have read-only access to the department timesheet they manage.
Once you have checked or unchecked the appropriate boxes for your administrator, select the Update User button to save your settlings.
