As the company administrator, you have the option of cancelling your subscription if necessary.
Click your name on the top navigation bar. A dropdown list of options will appear. Select Billing.
Click Cancel Account at the bottom of the page.
A notification will appear with the end date of your current billing period before you complete the cancellation of your subscription. Click Yes to confirm the cancellation.
You will now see a message confirming that your MakeShift subscription has been canceled.
An additional message will appear with the end date of your current billing period.
