The following article is intended for ADP Essential Time clients who would like to automatically import Time and Attendance users from ADP Workforce Now into MakeShift. Please contact support@makeshift.ca if you would like to turn this on for your business.
To automatically import all time and attendance users from ADP Workforce Now into MakeShift, select Users from the top navigation bar.
Click the green Add User button.
You will be redirected to the ADP Employee Import page. Click Refresh Employee List at the bottom of the page.
All Time and Attendance users in ADP Workforce Now will automatically be imported from ADP Workforce Now into MakeShift. This may take a few minutes. Once complete, the imported users will show up on your MakeShift Users list. You will then be able to assign the employee to his or her appropriate location(s) and department(s), as well as assign them an appropriate position.
