Click the Paid Time Off tab.
Click the Edit Paid Time Off button.
Enter the percentage that you pay for time off. Keep in mind that this percentage will be applied to all employees, no matter their employment type, role, seniority, etc. (If you need to be able to apply different paid time off percentages to different employees, it may be best to leave this field set at 0.0% so that these calculations can be done manually later).
Click Save Changes.
Your paid time off percentage is now set.
