To create Departments you must have already created at least one Location.
Click Schedules on your top navigation bar.
Select the green Add Department button.
Enter the Name of your department and then click Add New Department. Your department has now been created.
Now your department is created, we can take the next steps by Creating Shift Templates, Creating Availability Types, Adding Rotations and Assigning Employees to your departments.
