To create a Location in MakeShift, Please Follow these Steps:
Click Locations on the top navigation bar.
If you have not previously created a Location, you can click on the Create one here hyperlink below the top navigation bar.
If you have previously created a Location, click the green Add Location button.
Give the location a Name, select the Time Zone and select the day that the Week Starts On. Note that if your time zone is incorrect, your employees will see the wrong shift times on their schedules.
Click the Create New Location button. Your location has now been created and it is now time to set up the location’s departments. To learn more about adding departments to this location, please read our article on Creating Departments.
