On your smartphone, MakeShift requires cellular data or wi-fi to update your schedule, or to view available shifts, exchanges or drops, etc. MakeShift uses a very minimal amount of cellular data to operate.
If you do not have cellular data or wi-fi, you will not receive any updates or push notifications. Once you return to a wi-fi network, you will receive any missed updates or push notifications.
All employees can also access MakeShift from a computer with wi-fi connection at my.makeshift.ca.
