[MakeShift Live for iOS](https://support.makeshift.ca/admins-managers?hsLang=en-ca#makeshift-live-for-ios) # Editing and Deleting Shifts On the** Schedule **tab in MakeShift Live, find the employee whose shift you need to edit. Click anywhere on this employee's row.  ![Editing and Deleting Shifts 1 ](https://support.makeshift.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/Images/knowledge%20base%20images/Editing%20and%20Deleting%20Shifts%201%20.png?width=250&height=532&name=Editing%20and%20Deleting%20Shifts%201%20.png) Now you will see a drop-down menu appear with two options, **Edit Details **and **View Profile**. Click **Edit Details**.  ![Editing and Deleting Shifts 2 ](https://support.makeshift.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/Images/knowledge%20base%20images/Editing%20and%20Deleting%20Shifts%202%20.png?width=250&height=531&name=Editing%20and%20Deleting%20Shifts%202%20.png) You may now choose to edit any shift details including: Job Site, Position, Shift Template, Start and End Time, Hiding the End Time, Scheduled Breaks, or updating any Notes that may pertain to the shift.  ![Editing and Deleting Shifts 3](https://support.makeshift.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/Images/knowledge%20base%20images/Editing%20and%20Deleting%20Shifts%203.png?width=250&height=533&name=Editing%20and%20Deleting%20Shifts%203.png) For example, if the employee is eligible to work multiple positions and you would like to **Update **this information, click anywhere on the Position row. ![Editing and Deleting Shifts 4](https://support.makeshift.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/Images/knowledge%20base%20images/Editing%20and%20Deleting%20Shifts%204.png?width=250&height=534&name=Editing%20and%20Deleting%20Shifts%204.png) Now you will see a list of positions the employee is eligible to work. Any saved edits will automatically notify the employee. ![Editing and Deleting Shifts 8](https://support.makeshift.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/Images/knowledge%20base%20images/Editing%20and%20Deleting%20Shifts%208.png?width=250&height=530&name=Editing%20and%20Deleting%20Shifts%208.png) In order to **Delete **the scheduled shift, select the red **Delete Shift **button.
