[The Schedule](https://support.makeshift.ca/admins-managers?hsLang=en-ca#the-schedule) # Copy and Paste Job Site Requirements Click on **Schedules** on the top navigation bar. ![Schedules Tab](https://support.makeshift.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/New%20KB%20articles%20pictures/Schedules%20Tab.png?width=670&height=46&name=Schedules%20Tab.png) Select the name of a department to get to the schedule. ![Calgary Departments Overview](https://support.makeshift.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/Calgary%20Departments%20Overview.png?width=499&height=95&name=Calgary%20Departments%20Overview.png)   At the top left corner of the schedule, you will notice that the **Employees** tab is highlighted. Click on the **Job Sites** tab to access the Position Scheduler. You will only see the **Job Sites** tab if you have created job sites within this department. If you have not created your job sites yet, please see our article on [**Creating Job Sites**](https://19916410.hs-sites.com/creating-job-sites?hs_preview=jpGhOtEE-156198417439&hsLang=en-ca). ![Job Site Scheduler](https://support.makeshift.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/Job%20Site%20Scheduler.png?width=522&height=275&name=Job%20Site%20Scheduler.png) Once on the Job Site schedule, click on the arrows or schedule icon to select the week's requirements you would like to copy. Once you are viewing the week you would like to copy, click on the gear icon for options. ![Schedule Options3](https://support.makeshift.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/Schedule%20Options3.png?width=265&height=38&name=Schedule%20Options3.png) A dropdown list of options will appear. Select **Copy This Week's Requirements**. This will automatically copy the full week's requirements. You must select a week that does not have any requirements. Once you are viewing the week that you would like to paste the requirements to, click on the gear icon for options. ![Schedule Options3](https://support.makeshift.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/Schedule%20Options3.png?width=286&height=41&name=Schedule%20Options3.png) A dropdown list of options will appear again. Select **Paste Requirements from (Date Range).** **![copy and paste this weeks](https://support.makeshift.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/copy%20and%20paste%20this%20weeks.png?width=213&height=235&name=copy%20and%20paste%20this%20weeks.png)** A notification will appear confirming that you would like to paste a full week of requirements.
